The CMV Peptide Pool (42 peptides) is a lyophilized mixture of 42 peptides, 9-12 amino acids in length. The antigens represented in the peptide pool are pp50, pp65, IE1, IE2, and Envelope glycoprotein B. 28 of the peptides are HLA class I restricted and 14 are HLA class II restricted. These peptides are restricted by certain highly frequent HLA I types (HLA: A1, A2, A3, A11, A23, A24, A26, A30, B7, B8, B27, B18, B27, B35, B40/60, B41, B44, B57/58, C1) and HLA II types (DRB1*01, 03, 04, 05, 07, 08, 11, 15, 20, 24, 53, HLA-DPw2, HLA-DQB, HLA-DP3*20, 14).
