D4476 is a potent, selective and cell-permeable inhibitor of casein kinase 1(CK1) with an IC50 value of 0.3 μM in vitro. It also inhibits transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) type I receptor (ALK5) with an IC50 value of 0.5 μM.
