PharmaOnco™ Erythrocyte Aggregation Solution is used to quickly separate nucleated cells from red blood cells (RBCs) in whole blood. By controlling the settling time and/or centrifugation speed, aggregated erythrocytes settle, while the nucleated cells remain suspended in the supernatant.
