PharmaOnco™ Essential 8 Medium Kit

PharmaOnco™ Essential 8 Medium is a Xeno-Free (XF) and feeder-free medium specially formulated for the growth and expansion of human pluripotent stem cells (PSCs). PharmaOnco™ Essential 8 Medium Kit contains E8 Basal medium and 25X E8 Supplement, providing a simpler medium with low-protein formulation for the culture of pluripotent stem cells. This kit has been tested on human embryonic stem (ES) cells and human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. iPSCs maintain growth without any signs of karyotypic abnormalities and maintain differentiation of all three germ line lineages.
