Creative Biolabs has developed a series of mediums and supplements for cell isolation, culture, expansion and differentiation. PharmaOnco™ Hematopoietic Expansion Supplement II is a Serum-Free (SF) culture supplement to expand large numbers of human hematopoietic cells. It contains a combination of both early-acting recombinant human cytokines and promotes the expansion of CD34+ cells isolated from human cord blood and bone marrow when added to Serum-Free (SF) medium. It stimulates expansion of CD34+ cells with higher purity compared to PharmaOnco™ Hematopoietic Expansion Supplement I.
