Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified CD56+ cells from freshly prepared buffy coat by immunomagnetic positive selection. Isolated cells with up to 99% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, cell-based experiments, or other downstream applications.
