Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified T cells directly from human whole blood, spleen or lymph nodes by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 99.9% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry crossmatch, HLA serology, or cell-based experiments.
