Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified B-chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells directly from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 98% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
