Description
This kit has been developed to isolate human CD34+ cells from fresh whole blood (WB) or freshly prepared buffy coat by a simple two-step method. Isolated cells with up to 98% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
