Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified human CD8+ T cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral mononuclear cells by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 95% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cryopreservation.
