Description
This kit has been developed to isolate Group 2 Innate Lymphoid Cells (ILC2s) from leukapheresis products by immunomagnetic positive selection. Isolated cells with up to 95% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
