PharmaOnco™ Human Monocyte Isolation Kit without CD16 Depletion (CAT#: ITS-0622-YT457)

This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified monocytes and CD14+CD16+ monocytes from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 81% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
