Description
This kit has been developed to isolate CD33+ and CD66b+ cells from ammonium chloride lysed blood or bone marrow by immunomagnetic positive selection. Isolated cells with up to 99% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, cell-based experiments, or other downstream applications.
