Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified NK cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 95% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, cell-based experiments, or other downstream applications.
