Description
This kit has been developed to isolate or deplete CD25+ cells from fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells or lysed leukapheresis samples selection. Isolated cells with up to 98% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cryopreservation.
