PharmaOnco™ Human Pan-DC Pre-Isolation Kit (CAT#: ITS-0622-YT453)

This kit has been developed to pre-enrich all dendritic cells (DCs) (including myeloid and plasmacytoid DCs) from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 80% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
