Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified mouse dendritic cells (DCs), including conventional and plasmacytoid DCs, from mouse splenocytes by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 97% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
