PharmaOnco™ Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium with HEPES

Creative Biolabs has developed a series of mediums and supplements for cell isolation, culture, expansion and differentiation. PharmaOnco™ Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium with HEPES is a modified DME containing high glucose (4.5 g/L), 25 mM HEPES, sodium pyruvate, additional amino acids, vitamins and other components. It is a highly enriched synthetic medium which supports the growth of a wide variety of mammalian cells including but not exclusive to bone marrow, hybridomas and lymphocytes.
