PharmaOnco™ Methylcellulose Based Medium (T-HP020)

Creative Biolabs has developed a series of mediums and supplements for cell isolation, culture, expansion and differentiation. PharmaOnco™ Methylcellulose Based Medium (T-HP020) is an incomplete methylcellulose-based medium without cytokines for the growth and enumeration of mouse hematopoietic progenitor cells in defined Serum-Free (SF) conditions. It supports optimal growth of granulocyte-macrophage progenitor cells (CFU-GM, CFU-G, CFU-M). Cytokines can be added according to the specific requirements of investigators.
