PharmaOnco™ Methylcellulose Based Medium (T-HP025)

Creative Biolabs has developed a series of mediums and supplements for cell isolation, culture, expansion and differentiation. PharmaOnco™ Methylcellulose Based Medium (T-HP025) is a methylcellulose-based medium ( with EPO, without other cytokines) for the growth and quantification of mouse hematopoietic progenitor cells. It is used for colony forming unit (CFU) assays. It supports optimal growth of erythroid progenitor cells (late BFU-E and CFU-E).
