PharmaOnco™ Mitochondria Dye, Blue is a blue fluorogenic mitochondrial stain for proliferating and non-proliferating live cells. It is a hydrophobic dye that accumulates in mitochondria. Fluorescence intensity is dependent on mitochondrial membrane potential. It is suitable for fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry and microplate assays. Excitation/emission maxima λ ~ 344/469nm.
