Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified naïve mouse CD4+ T cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues. Isolated cells with up to 97% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.
