Description
This kit has been developed to isolate human plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) from fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 76% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
