PharmaOnco™ NK Cell Generation Kit

PharmaOnco™ NK Cell Generation Kit is designed for differentiation of CD34+ cells isolated from cord blood (CB) or bone marrow to natural killer (NK) cells. PharmaOnco™ NK Cell Generation Kit contains PharmaOnco™ Lymphoid Progenitor Expansion Supplement (10X), PharmaOnco™ Hematopoietic Cells Medium II (SF), PharmaOnco™ Lymphoid Differentiation Coating Material (100X) and PharmaOnco™ NK Cell Differentiation Supplement (100X).
PharmaOnco™ Lymphoid Progenitor Expansion Supplement (10X) can selectively promote the expansion and differentiation of CD34+ cells to lymphoid progenitor cells-when used in combination with PharmaOnco™ Hematopoietic Cells Medium II (SF) and on plates coated with PharmaOnco™ Lymphoid Differentiation Coating Material (100X). PharmaOnco™ NK Cell Differentiation Supplement (100X) enables differentiation of lymphoid progenitor cells to NK cells-when used in combination with PharmaOnco™ Hematopoietic Cells Medium II (SF) and UM-729.
