PharmaOnco™ T Cell Generation Kit I

PharmaOnco™ T Cell Generation Kit I is used for expansion and differentiation of T cells from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs). It consists of PharmaOnco™ T cell Expansion Kit components and PharmaOnco™ T Cell Generation Kit II components, including Serum-Free (SF) media and supplements. Using PharmaOnco™ T cell Expansion Kit components, CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor cells are first generated from hPSCs; these can then be differentiated to T cells using the PharmaOnco™ T Cell Generation Kit II components.
