Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human CD45RA+ T cells from whole blood, buffy coat, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or other cell suspensions. The CD45RA Fab is a recombinantly expressed low affinity Fab fragment. The CD45RA Fab-Strep binds to the matrix of Strep-Agarose columns. Therefore CD45RA+ target cells can adhere to the matrix. Finally, the addition of biotin causes the elution of the target cells from the matrix, and Fab-Streps self-dissociate from the cell surfaces. The label-free target cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
