PharmaOnco™ CellSort Agarose Column-based Mouse CD3+ T Cells Selection Kit

This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified mouse CD3+ T cells from murine splenocytes. The CD3 Fab is a recombinantly expressed low affinity Fab fragment. The CD3 Fab-Strep binds to the matrix of Strep-Agarose columns. Therefore, CD3+ target cells can adhere to the matrix. Finally, the addition of biotin causes the elution of the target cells from the matrix, and Fab-Streps self-dissociate from the cell surfaces. The label-free authentic target cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
