This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human untouched B cells from human mononuclear cells (MNCs) by negative isolation in 30 minutes. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.

Molecular Mechanism of Action
