PharmaOnco™ CellSort Human CD4+ T Cell Selection Kit, from Whole Blood (CAT#: ITS-1222-YT29)

This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified untouched CD4+ T cells from freshly drawn anticoagulated whole blood without density gradient centrifugation and red blood cell lysis. Non-target cells are removed by immunomagnetic depletion and while erythrocytes are sedimented. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, phenotypic characterization, culture, or cell-based experiments.
