PharmaOnco™ CellSort Human CD4+ T Cells Selection Kit (CAT#: ITS-1222-YT80)

This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human CD4+ T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The CD4 Fab in this kit is a recombinantly expressed low affinity Fab fragment that can self-dissociate from the target cell surfaces. The label-free authentic target cells with up to 90% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
