Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human EGFR+ cells from all types of samples by magnetic positive selection. Desired cells are isolated by labeling biotinylated anti-EGFR aptamer followed by incubation with magnetic nanobeads. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
