PharmaOnco™ CellSort Human Memory CD4+ T Cell Selection Kit

This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified memory CD4+ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by negative selection. Unwanted T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoparticles. Isolated cells with up to 75%-85% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
