PharmaOnco™ CellSort Human Naïve CD4+ T Cell Selection Kit, 25 tests

This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified naïve CD4+ T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative selection. Non-CD4+ Naïve T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoparticles. Isolated cells with up to 75%-85% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, immune status monitoring, culture, or functional assays.
