PharmaOnco™ CellSort Human T Cells Selection Kit, Microbubble Isolation (CAT#: ITS-1222-YT69)

This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) by negative isolation in 30 minutes. The microbubble system is exceptionally gentle on cells, helping to maintain the health and physiology of monocytes during enrichment. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
