Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified CD3+ T cells from mouse spleen by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 90-98% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, immune status monitoring, culture, or cell-based experiments.
