Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified mouse CD45+ cells from mouse spleens, bone marrow or digested lung tissue by immunomagnetic positive selection. Desired cells are isolated by labeling biotin conjugated anti-CD45 antibody followed by incubation with magnetic beads. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
