Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified mouse EpCAM+ cells by positive selection. Desired cells are isolated by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail followed by incubation with magnetic particles. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
