Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified mouse EpCAM+ cells by positive selection. Desired cells are isolated by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail followed by incubation with magnetic particles. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
