Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified Naïve CD8+ T cells from mouse spleen by immunomagnetic negative selection. Non-CD8+ Naïve T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanobeads. Isolated cells with up to 80-90% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
