Description
CHO-Tg(Cynomolgus GPRC5D) stable cell line refers to a cell line derived from Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells that has been genetically engineered to stably express the Cynomolgus GPRC5D gene. GPRC5D is a G protein-coupled receptor that is present in the Cynomolgus monkey species. Background
The GPRC5D gene encodes a protein that is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor family. This gene is specifically expressed in the plasma cells of the immune system and has been implicated in various hematological cancers, such as multiple myeloma. Storage
Frozen cells should be stored in a liquid nitrogen tank (-150°C~-190°C). After thawing, cells should be immediately transferred to the appropriate culture medium and maintained under recommended culture conditions.
Handling Notes
Frozen cells should be thawed immediately upon receipt and grown according to handling procedure to ensure cell viability and proper assay performance. Note: Do not freeze the cells upon receipt as it may result in irreversible damage to the cell line. Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee cell viability if the cells are not thawed immediately upon receipt and grown according to handling procedure.
