PharmaOnco™ CHO-Tg(Human CD20) Stable Cell Line, Single Clone

CAT#: ITS-0822-HMM118
Product Type: Stable Cell Line
Short Description
Creative Biolabs offers CHO-Tg(Human CD20) stable cell line which the CD20 gene stably expressed in CHO cells.
Description
The CHO-Tg(Human CD22)-Luc reporter cell line is a cell line that has been genetically engineered to express the human CD22 protein and a luciferase reporter gene. CD22 is a cell surface protein that is typically found on B cells, and it is involved in regulating B cell activation and proliferation. This cell line can be used in research studies to investigate the role of CD22 in B cell biology, as well as to screen potential drug candidates targeting the CD22 pathway.L30

Background
CD20 is a cell surface protein that is primarily expressed on B cells. It plays a key role in regulating B cell activation and is a target for certain therapeutic antibodies in the treatment of B cell-related diseases, such as B cell lymphomas and autoimmune disorders. Targeting CD20 with monoclonal antibodies has been shown to be effective in depleting B cells and suppressing the immune response.

Sterility Testing
Creative Biolabs provides sterility testing in accordance with USP and EP regulations. All of our sterility testing is performed in an isolator or clean room environments. The cell line has been screened using the membrane filtration testing methods to confirm the absence of aerobic, anaerobic and fungi microorganisms.
Identity Testing
Identity testing is required for newly established cell lines. Isoenzyme analysis is used to confirm the identity of the species of a cell line. Alternative methods for identity testing include DNA fingerprinting, STR analysis and karyology.
Virological Safety Testing
A broad range of viruses is susceptible to affecting human cell lines. We can provide in vivo/vitro virus safety assays by utilizing various animal systems. These viruses include: adventitious viruses, bovine viruses, human and simian viruses, porcine viruses, retrovirus and rodent viruses.
Genetic Stability Testing
We perform cell genetic stability studies under ICH guidelines. We can provide guidance on the appropriate testing program upon your requirements.
Mycoplasma Testing
The cell line has been screened using the luciferase based mycoplasma detection kit to confirm the absence of mycoplasma species.

Storage
Frozen cells should be stored in a liquid nitrogen tank (-150°C~-190°C). After thawing, cells should be immediately transferred to the appropriate culture medium and maintained under recommended culture conditions.
Handling Notes
Frozen cells should be thawed immediately upon receipt and grown according to handling procedure to ensure cell viability and proper assay performance.
Note: Do not freeze the cells upon receipt as it may result in irreversible damage to the cell line.
Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee cell viability if the cells are not thawed immediately upon receipt and grown according to handling procedure.
Warnings
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles
