PharmaOnco™ CHO-Tg(Human FcGR2B//TCR Activator) Stable Cell Line, Single Clone

CAT#: ITS-0822-HMM206
Product Type: Stable Cell Line
Short Description
Creative Biolabs offers CHO-Tg(Human FcGR2B//TCR Activator) stable cell line which the TCR Activator and FcGR2B gene stably expressed in CHO cells.
Description
CHO-Tg(Human FcGR2B//TCR Activator) stable cell line is a specialized cell line that has been genetically engineered to express both the human Fc gamma receptor 2B (FcGR2B) and a T cell receptor (TCR) activator. The FcGR2B receptor enhances TCR signaling and promotes T cell activation when bound to the appropriate ligand, leading to increased immune response activation. This cell line has been extensively characterized and validated for its ability to efficiently activate T cells and enhance immune responses in various experimental settings. It can be used for a wide range of applications, including studying T cell activation mechanisms, immune response modulation, and drug development targeting TCR signaling pathways.

Background
TCR (T cell receptor) activators are molecules or compounds that stimulate the activity of T cells in the immune system. T cells play a crucial role in the body's immune response by identifying and attacking foreign invaders such as viruses, bacteria, and cancer cells.
The FcGR2B gene encodes for the Fc gamma receptor 2B, a cell surface receptor that is expressed on the surface of various immune cells, such as B cells, monocytes, and dendritic cells. This receptor plays a role in regulating immune responses by interacting with immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies and modulating signaling pathways involved in inflammation, antibody production, and phagocytosis. Mutations or dysregulation of the FcGR2B gene can lead to immune disorders, autoimmune diseases, and susceptibility to infections. Studies have also suggested that the FcGR2B gene may be a potential target for immunotherapy in certain diseases.

Sterility Testing
Creative Biolabs provides sterility testing in accordance with USP and EP regulations. All of our sterility testing is performed in an isolator or clean room environments. The cell line has been screened using the membrane filtration testing methods to confirm the absence of aerobic, anaerobic and fungi microorganisms.
Identity Testing
Identity testing is required for newly established cell lines. Isoenzyme analysis is used to confirm the identity of the species of a cell line. Alternative methods for identity testing include DNA fingerprinting, STR analysis and karyology.
Virological Safety Testing
A broad range of viruses is susceptible to affecting human cell lines. We can provide in vivo/vitro virus safety assays by utilizing various animal systems. These viruses include: adventitious viruses, bovine viruses, human and simian viruses, porcine viruses, retrovirus and rodent viruses.
Genetic Stability Testing
We perform cell genetic stability studies under ICH guidelines. We can provide guidance on the appropriate testing program upon your requirements.
Mycoplasma Testing
The cell line has been screened using the luciferase based mycoplasma detection kit to confirm the absence of mycoplasma species.

Storage
Frozen cells should be stored in a liquid nitrogen tank (-150°C~-190°C). After thawing, cells should be immediately transferred to the appropriate culture medium and maintained under recommended culture conditions.
Handling Notes
Frozen cells should be thawed immediately upon receipt and grown according to handling procedure to ensure cell viability and proper assay performance.
Note: Do not freeze the cells upon receipt as it may result in irreversible damage to the cell line.
Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee cell viability if the cells are not thawed immediately upon receipt and grown according to handling procedure.
Warnings
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles
