PharmaOnco™ CHO-Tg(Human FcRL5) Stable Cell Line, Single Clone
CAT#: ITS-0822-HMM141
Product Type: Stable Cell Line
Short Description
Creative Biolabs offers CHO-Tg(Human FcRL5) stable cell line which the FcRL5 gene stably expressed in CHO cells.
Description
CHO-Tg(Human FcRL5) stable cell line is a cell line derived from Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells that have been genetically engineered to express the human Fc receptor-like 5 (FcRL5) protein. FcRL5 is a cell surface protein that belongs to the Fc receptor-like family and is involved in modulating immune responses. This cell line can be used in research studies to investigate the role of FcRL5 in immune regulation, antibody function, and other related processes.

Background
Fc receptor-like 5 (FcRL5) is a gene that encodes a protein belonging to the Fc receptor-like (FcRL) family. FcRL5 is primarily expressed on B cells and plays a role in regulating the immune response. FcRL5 has been implicated in various autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, as well as in the response to infections. Studies have shown that dysregulation of FcRL5 expression can lead to abnormal immune responses and contribute to the development of autoimmune disorders.

Sterility Testing
Creative Biolabs provides sterility testing in accordance with USP and EP regulations. All of our sterility testing is performed in an isolator or clean room environments. The cell line has been screened using the membrane filtration testing methods to confirm the absence of aerobic, anaerobic and fungi microorganisms.
Identity Testing
Identity testing is required for newly established cell lines. Isoenzyme analysis is used to confirm the identity of the species of a cell line. Alternative methods for identity testing include DNA fingerprinting, STR analysis and karyology.
Virological Safety Testing
A broad range of viruses is susceptible to affecting human cell lines. We can provide in vivo/vitro virus safety assays by utilizing various animal systems. These viruses include: adventitious viruses, bovine viruses, human and simian viruses, porcine viruses, retrovirus and rodent viruses.
Genetic Stability Testing
We perform cell genetic stability studies under ICH guidelines. We can provide guidance on the appropriate testing program upon your requirements.
Mycoplasma Testing
The cell line has been screened using the luciferase based mycoplasma detection kit to confirm the absence of mycoplasma species.
Shipping
Dry Ice
Storage
Frozen cells should be stored in a liquid nitrogen tank (-150°C~-190°C). After thawing, cells should be immediately transferred to the appropriate culture medium and maintained under recommended culture conditions.
Handling Notes
Frozen cells should be thawed immediately upon receipt and grown according to handling procedure to ensure cell viability and proper assay performance. Note: Do not freeze the cells upon receipt as it may result in irreversible damage to the cell line. Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee cell viability if the cells are not thawed immediately upon receipt and grown according to handling procedure.
Warnings
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles
Research Use Only
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
Quality Control
All of our stable cell lines meet the highest quality standards and have been confirmed to be pathogen-free.
