PharmaOnco™ Mouse T cell Activation & Expansion Kit

This kit has been developed to facilitate mouse T cell activation and expansion in vitro. The CD3/CD28 streptamer complex in this kit stimulates the TCR/CD3 and the co-stimulatory molecule CD28, leading to efficient T cell activation and proliferation. Due to low affinity Fab fragments,stimulation reagents are removable from the cells.
