LPS from Salmonella minnesota R595 is a rough mutant strain form of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) extracted from S. minnesota R595 (Re). LPS is commonly used to activate toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) on leukocytes, eliciting inflammatory signaling in isolated cells and in vivo.
