Microscale Kinetic Turbidimetric LAL Assay Reagent

The experimental principle, conditions and methods of microscale kinetic turbidimetric LAL assay reagent are identical to those of the turbidity horseshoe crab reagent. It detects the change in the absorbance value of the reaction solution, and when the absorbance value rises to a certain preset value, the instrument automatically records the reaction time. It automatically calculates the endotoxin concentration of the test sample using a standard curve of reaction time versus standard endotoxin concentration.
