ALDOA is a key glycolytic enzyme found in skeletal muscle and red blood cells, aiding the breakdown of fructose-1,6-bisphosphate into triose phosphates, G-3-P, and DHAP. It is upregulated in various cancers, including lung squamous and renal cell carcinomas.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
