OncoIHC™ C1R Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

Achieve accurate and reliable C1R staining with this comprehensive IHC kit, featuring a complete set of pre-optimized reagents designed to minimize background and maximize signal intensity.

C1, the first complement component, is a calcium-dependent complex consisting of C1q, C1r, and C1s. C1r and C1s serine protease subunits form a Ca(2+)-dependent tetramer that activates the complement cascade by cleaving C2 and C4. This antibody detects the full-length C1r chain as well as the cleaved B chain.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
