This IHC kit provides a robust and reliable method for CA9 detection, featuring pre-optimized reagents and a user-friendly protocol for consistent and reproducible staining.
Description
CA9 (Carbonic anhydrase 9) may be involved in the control of cell proliferation and transformation and appears to be a novel specific biomarker for cervical neoplasia (PMID: 18703501). It is a tumor-associated antigen that has diagnostic utility in identifying cervical dysplasia and carcinoma. The protein is present on the plasma membrane and in the nucleus of cells.

Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls: - Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest. - Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen. - Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
