OncoIHC™ CBLL1 Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

This ready-to-use IHC kit provides all necessary reagents for CBLL1 staining, simplifying the process from antigen retrieval to coverslip mounting.

Cbl proto-oncogene E3 ubiquitin protein ligase-like 1 (CBLL1), also known as RNF188, Hakai, is an evolutionarily conserved E3 ubiquitin ligase containing a RING-finger domain. CBLL1 expression is upregulated in human colon and gastric cancer tissues, and it induces anchorage-dependent cell growth. Immunostaining of CBLL1 is observed in both the nuclei and cytoplasm of cancer cells.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
