OncoIHC™ CD16 Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

Quickly conduct CD16 staining with this IHC kit that provides all necessary reagents for a comprehensive process from antigen retrieval to coverslip application.

CD16 is a low-affinity Fc receptor found on natural killer cells, neutrophil polymorphonuclear leukocytes, monocytes, and macrophages. It mediates antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and other antibody-dependent responses, such as phagocytosis. CD16 has been identified as Fc receptors FcγRIIIa (CD16a) and FcγRIIIb (CD16b), encoded by two nearly identical genes, FCGR3A and FCGR3B.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
